Quality Guarantee
If your cake arrives damaged, is significantly different from what you ordered, or has a quality issue, please contact us within 2 hours of delivery with photos — we'll make it right.
Photo Evidence Required
To process any complaint or refund, please share clear photos of the cake and any issues. This helps us assess the situation quickly and respond appropriately.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund up to 48 hours before your scheduled delivery or pickup time. Cancellations within 48 hours may be subject to a partial charge as ingredients may already be purchased.
Refunds & Replacements
Depending on the issue, we may offer a full or partial refund, a replacement cake, or credit toward your next order. We assess each case individually to find the best resolution.
Important Notes
- Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept physical returns. All complaints must be raised within 2 hours of delivery or pickup.
- Custom cakes made to your specific design and specifications are non-refundable unless there is a clear quality or fulfilment issue on our part.
- Refunds, when approved, are processed within 3–5 business days via the original payment method.
- Taste preferences (e.g. “I didn't like the flavour”) are not grounds for a refund, but we welcome your feedback to improve.
